KCBL Bank to Establish First Tier-3/ Rated-3 Data Center in Gigit Baltistan

On 11 September 2026, Karakoram Cooperative Bank Limited (KCBL) and M/S RSFS Engineering signed the consultancy contract for the establishment of a Tier-3 / Rated-3 Data Center in Gilgit-Baltistan.
Consultancy services scope include design, tendering, vendor onboading and supevision of execution work.
Once established, this will be the first Tier-3 / Rated-3 Data Center in Gilgit-Baltistan, marking a significant step towards strengthening the region’s digital infrastructure, resilience, business continuity, and secure ICT capabilities.
